The main function of the subitop pneumatic actuator tester is to control the action of the pneumatic actuator and record the operation time, operation times and switching time of the actuator. The pneumatic actuator tester is simple and convenient to operate. It only needs to connect the power supply and air source, and connect the air pipe with the actuator to conduct the test. It can record and display the cumulative running time, the number of running switches, the maximum switching time, the minimum switching time, etc. the display accuracy of the switching time is 0.01 seconds, and it can also set the system, record and clear the zero, etc。
Subitop provides you with the pneumatic actuator test tool, which is composed of chassis, front operation panel, rear wiring panel, etc. The pneumatic actuator test tool has two test interfaces, one is directly connected to the actuator for test, the other is connected to the actuator action switch signal for test。
Place the product on a well ventilated and flat surface. Plug the power cord into the connector and turn on the power。
During pneumatic test, connect the air source to the air source interface。
When testing with signal, insert the plug into the signal interface。
