1, stuck

Solution: You can quickly open or close the auxiliary line or regulating valve of the air-conditioning equipment, and let the dirt be washed away by the medium from the auxiliary line or the ball valve. Another method is to use a pipe wrench to clamp the valve stem, and in the case of external signal pressure, turn the valve stem forward and backward to make the valve core flash over the card. If not, increase the pressure of the air source and increase the driving power. Repeatedly moving up and down several times can solve the problem. 3, oscillation




The spring stiffness of the regulating valve of the air-conditioning equipment is insufficient, and the output signal of the regulating valve is unstable and the fluctuation of the fluorine-lined rubber-lined valve is easy to cause the regulating valve to oscillate. It is also said that the frequency of the selected valve is the same as the frequency of the system or the pipe and the base are vibrated violently, which will cause the regulating valve to vibrate accordingly. Improper selection, there is a sharp change in flow resistance, flow rate, and pressure when the valve is operated at a small opening. When the valve rigidity is exceeded, the stability becomes poor, and oscillation occurs when it is serious.








Solution: As the causes of air-conditioning equipment oscillations are multi-faceted, specific problems are analyzed in detail. Slight vibrations can be eliminated by increasing stiffness. For the ceramic valve, if a spring with large rigidity is selected, the piston is used to execute the structure. Vibration of pipes and pedestals eliminates vibration interference by increasing support; if the frequency of valve selection is the same as the system frequency, valves of different structures are replaced; oscillations caused by small openings are caused by improper type selection and large C value. To re-select the flow capacity C value is smaller or use split-range control or son-mother valve to overcome the control valve working at a small opening.
